Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement.

• Not request or engage our services for any unlawful purpose.

• Cooperate with our investigators and consultants to ensure effective results.

4. Fees and Payment

• Standard hourly rate: case by case.

• Expert testimony rate: case by case.

• Document preparation: case by case.

• Retainers are required prior to the commencement of services.

• Payment is due upon signing contract and agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case details, except where disclosure is required by law or with the client’s written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Integrity Consulting Enterprise, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we exercise due diligence and professional expertise, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes of investigations or consulting services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All outstanding fees for services rendered will remain due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
