Refund Policy

Integrity Consulting Enterprise, LLC values our clients and strives to deliver exceptional investigative and consulting services. Please review our refund policy carefully before engaging in our services.

1. No Refunds After Services Begin
   Once services have been initiated or provided, all fees are considered non-refundable. This includes any time, consultation, investigative activities, or documentation performed on behalf of the client.

2. 24-Hour Grace Period
   Clients have a 24-hour grace period from the time of signing the agreement to cancel or terminate the agreement for any reason and receive a full refund, provided that no services have been rendered during that time.

3. Definition of Services Rendered
   Services are considered rendered once any investigative work, consulting services, documentation preparation, or related activities have commenced.

4. Method of Refund
   Any eligible refund will be processed using the same payment method originally provided by the client within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
